My story

I've been building things with computers since I was a kid. I studied geological engineering, but never stopped programming. After Tetra Pak I joined Reia, where I built from scratch a monitoring platform for cogeneration plants: I defined the database architecture, validation workflows, operational dashboards and the production deployment.

The system transforms field sensor data into real-time operational and financial KPIs. We grew from managing 1 plant to 11 in three years. In some cases, the analyses identified energy losses worth hundreds of thousands of euros.

That project is the best example of how I work: I define the architecture, functional requirements and business logic — and use AI as a co-pilot to accelerate development without sacrificing quality. I've been doing this every day for 2 years.

I don't arrive with a service catalogue. I arrive with questions. I first understand the business, the processes and the real problem — before proposing anything. Then we design together what to build, with estimated ROI and clear scope from the start.
